Welcome to The Sushi Platter. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, through which you can customise and order sushi platters for collection. By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use our website.

2. Website Use

This website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use it for any commercial purpose without express written consent from SKY Hospitality Group.

3. Order Process

Orders can be placed through our website by selecting your preferred sushi platters and providing the required details (name, email, contact number, etc.). An order confirmation will be sent to both the store and customer via email. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

4. Information Collection and Use

We collect the information necessary to process your order, including your name, email address, and contact number. We will not share this information with third parties without your consent, except where required to fulfil your order or comply with applicable law.

5. Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 4 hours before the scheduled collection time. To cancel or modify your order, please contact the store directly using the contact information provided in your order confirmation email.

7. Refunds

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable ordering experience for our customers.

If there is an issue with your order or payment, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant details. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and appropriate action will be taken where applicable.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@skyhq.co.nz and include:

  • Order number
  • Payment receipt or transaction reference
  • A brief description of the issue

8. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, The Sushi Platter and SKY Hospitality Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our products.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
